Andrew Tate's legal cases, as of October 2026

United Kingdom

In May 2025 UK prosecutors authorised 21 charges against the two brothers. The 10 against Andrew include rape, actual bodily harm, human trafficking and controlling prostitution for gain (Al Jazeera, CPS). On 19 July 2026 the Crown Prosecution Service authorised further charges against Andrew: seven counts of rape, three of arranging or facilitating trafficking for sexual exploitation, three of assault occasioning actual bodily harm, and 19 relating to indecent images of a child and extreme pornography, over the period July 2010 to August 2017 (CPS). He denies the allegations.

Romania

Romanian authorities detained the brothers on 29 December 2022 and indicted them in June 2023 for human trafficking and forming an organised crime group, plus rape for Andrew. In December 2024 the Bucharest Court of Appeal sent that case back to prosecutors over "legal and procedural irregularities" (AP). Their travel ban was lifted in February 2025 and the remaining court restrictions in April 2026 (Romania Insider). On 4 September 2026 prosecutors announced a new indictment: Andrew is accused of trafficking minors, sex with a minor and money laundering, and Tristan of complicity. Their lawyer said they reject the allegations (Al Jazeera).

United States

Florida's attorney general announced a criminal investigation in March 2025; we found no Florida charges. A civil lawsuit filed in Los Angeles in March 2025 alleges assault; his lawyer called the claims "unfounded and sensational" (NBC News).

Andrew Tate and Duel.com

  • November 2025: Tate shared the URL "Duel.com/tate" on X on 7 November 2025, which Casino.org describes as an apparent affiliate link. Promotional material for his December fight showed him in a Duel.com T-shirt. Neither Tate nor Duel formally announced a deal, and the move drew criticism in the gambling industry (Casino.org, SiGMA).
  • 23 April 2026: an "Andrew Tate" who appeared as a guest dealer on Duel's live blackjack table was an impersonator, not Tate himself (IBTimes, unofficial Duel guide).
  • July 2026: after his arrest, an AI-generated video showing Duel's mascot FreakBob at the scene circulated online (Complex).

Other streamers linked to Duel in 2026 include Clavicular, while Sneako rejected any affiliation after Duel posted an AI video of him.
